Aggressive (passive skill)
Aggressive (a rank 1 passive) grants +10% Attack and -10% Defense. Passives are inherited from parents during breeding, so once one Pal has Aggressive you can spread it across your team (it can't be implanted). It can also appear as a random roll on a bred child.
