Palworld work suitability

Your base runs on work suitability. Each Pal has one or more jobs, each with a level, and higher levels work faster and can handle more demanding tasks. Palworld 1.0 expanded the scale from five levels to ten, so the difference between a starter Pal and a specialist is bigger than it used to be. This hub links to a ranked list for each job: every Pal that can do it, sorted by level, with nocturnal Pals (who keep working at night) and easy early catches marked. Two things raise a Pal's work level beyond its species value. Condensation adds a level to the Pal's best job with each star, and four stars add one to every other job. Applied Handbooks add one more level to a job the Pal already has. On top of that, passives such as Artisan (+50% work speed) and Remarkable Craftsmanship (+75%) multiply the result. Oil Extraction appears in the game's job list, but no Pal has a level in it in our data, so it has no ranking.
