Sky Strider (passive skill)
Sky Strider is a rank 4 (rainbow) passive in Palworld 1.0.5: +2 Mounted Jumps. Like every passive, it can be passed to a child through breeding, and a Pal holds up to four passives. It never appears as a random roll, so it has to come from a parent.
