You can only breed Selyne in Palworld 1.0.5 by pairing a male and a female Selyne: no other pair of parents hatches it. Catch two first (wild Lv 76–80 near Gilded City Ruins (World Tree)), put them on a Breeding Farm with a Cake and incubate the Huge Dark Egg they lay. The egg always hatches Selyne again. Selyne is a Dark and Neutral Pal with Handiwork Lv 7 as its best job and it drops High Quality Cloth, Sapphire (breeding power 360).
