Bushi Noct only hatches from a special recipe in Palworld 1.0.5: breed Bushi + Sootseer on a Breeding Farm with a Cake. Catch Bushi wild Lv 25–59 near Mount Obsidian Trail and Sootseer wild Lv 45–67 near Silent Lake. Two Bushi Noct also hatch Bushi Noct, always from a Large Scorching Egg. Bushi Noct is a Fire and Dark Pal with Lumbering Lv 5 as its best job and it drops Flame Organ, Ingot, Medium Pal Soul (breeding power 840).
