Philanthropist (a rank 3 (gold) passive) grants +100% Breeding Speed (Breeding Farm). Passives are inherited from parents during breeding, so once one Pal has Philanthropist you can spread it across your team (it can't be implanted). It can also appear as a random roll on a bred child.
