Which Pal uses Dazzi's Necklace?
#Dazzi's Necklace is gear for Dazzi. Equipping Dazzi with it enables its partner skill Lady of Lightning: An active attack skill whose power increases as you condense this Pal. To use it you need a Dazzi (Electric): wild Lv 30–40 near Anubis Dunes. You can also breed one: how to breed Dazzi.
